Return Policy
Please read instructions and policy carefully.
Returns that don’t comply with the below process and policy will be rejected.
This policy deals with returns for change of mind. If the item is defective, please see here.
We accept returns and provide full refund under the following conditions only:
- Strictly no dropping off returns in our warehouse. Mail your return to the address listed in returns email that you will receive after initiating a return. All online orders must be returned through online portal and will not be accepted for return or exchanged directly in warehouse, retail, partner stores.
- Purchase was made at crocs.com.au or Crocs App
- Items are in a resalable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
- Items that show evidence of wear or without all original hangtags attached will be rejected. The used merchandise will not be posted back to the customer.
- Return label must be initiated within 45 days of purchase date.
- Items must be received by us within 90 days of purchase.
- If merchandise is defective, please contact our customer care team with photos of defect or damage before you submit your return.
Return process:
- Initiate your return by entering your details below and following the instructions to the end.
- Once you have completed the full process, you will receive an email with details on warehouse address where to mail your return parcel.
- IMPORTANT: Include RMA #(order number ending with “CAU") and your full name clearly on the outside of the parcel with the warehouse address.

Failing to include RMA + Full name may result in delays with return processing. - Mail your return to the address listed in your order return confirmation email. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow up to 4 weeks processing time from day parcel is received by us.
By initiating the returns process you consent to these conditions. Returns that aren’t in compliance with this policy and process as listed exactly above are subject to delay or rejection.
For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, hangtag removed, or accidental damages or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. Crocs Australia has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Crocs Australia shall be final and conclusive. Used or noncompliant merchandise will not be posted back to the customer.
For exchanges, customers are required to place a new order subject to availability.
Crocs Australia will adhere to the Trade Practices Act, state legislation and related company policies.
